My room featured vibrant decor and artwork (I found it really inspiring). I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. The downstairs kitchen area and lounge were especially well-kept. I could easily drop off my luggage early, allowing me to explore the city without any hindrance.
The sound isolation from the hallway was not great, so I heard a bit of noise from other guests.

The breakfast offers multiple selections, including a full Scottish breakfast and pancakes. Porridge is available with cream, honey and whisky on the side. The choices were abundant.

The staff ensured a smooth experience through their helpful and cheerful attitude. Online communication was excellent, streamlining all pre-stay arrangements. A friendly cleaner was particularly helpful with luggage storage after checkout.

The location provided convenient access to various points of interest, as it was easy to find but not directly in the busiest tourist area. The tram stop is close by. The library across the street provided unexpected discoveries.

a gem of a stay

i felt very comfortable in the room. the king room was super clean. breakfast had a GREAT selection using quality produce. it created a PERFECT experience for my short stay.
the corridor noise was a real issue. i could hear other guests coming and going. inconsiderate guests ruined my peace.

the hotel is CLEAN and very well kept. guests CAN use a kitchen and living room. there is also a lovely garden AVAILABLE for all guests, a feature i found quite appealing.

the staff IS helpful. mirela gave me a warm welcome on arrival. she looked after me very well each morning during breakfast. the service felt both friendly and quite efficient.

i found breakfast excellent. breakfast choices ARE many. the full scottish breakfast was very tasty. it tasted like it was cooked to perfection EVERY time.
